  • Peel and grate the potatoes and onion. 
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, onions, beaten eggs, and flour.
    Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  • Cook the pancakes in a small skillet.
    The pancakes should be no more than 1/2 cm thick.
  • Brown 1 minute over high heat at first. Then
    reduce the heat and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Flip the pancakes with a spatula, and cook the other side for the same amount of time.
  • You can use several pans at the same time to speed things up.
    These pancakes should be crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside!
