4 slices of tuna

4 onions large

balsamic vinegar

oil

salt and pepper
Instructions
Peel the onions and slice them into strips.
Dredge the tuna slices in flour, then cook them in oil.
Meanwhile, sauté the onions in another pan, adding some of the oil used to cook the tuna.
Once the onions are cooked, drain the oil and add a tbsp of vinegar.
Deglaze for one minute over heat and pour over the tuna.
