Thon aux oignons

  • Peel the onions and slice them into strips. 
  • Dredge the tuna slices in flour, then cook them in oil. 
  • Meanwhile, sauté the onions in another pan, adding some of the oil used to cook the tuna.
  • Once the onions are cooked, drain the oil and add a tbsp of vinegar.
  • Deglaze for one minute over heat and pour over the tuna.
