My Rum and Vanilla Crepe Batter

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, place the flour and make a well in the center
In the well of the flour, pour:
– the eggs
– the sugar
– the
oil – half the milk
Place the butter in a bowl and melt it: microwave at 500W for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
The butter should be completely melted.
Using a whisk (or a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, or an electric mixer), mix everything together until the batter is smooth and uniform.
Pour in the remaining half of the milk, then mix again until the batter is smooth.
Add the melted butter and stir.
Add the rum and stir.
The dough is ready and can be used right away 😋
