My Rum and Vanilla Crepe Batter

Serves : 25 Pancakes
Preparation : 15 minutes
Cooking : 2 minutes

  • In a large mixing bowl, place the flour and make a well in the center
  • In the well of the flour, pour:
    – the eggs
    – the sugar
    – the
    oil – half the milk
  • Place the butter in a bowl and melt it: microwave at 500W for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
    The butter should be completely melted.
  • Using a whisk (or a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, or an electric mixer), mix everything together until the batter is smooth and uniform.
  • Pour in the remaining half of the milk, then mix again until the batter is smooth.
  • Add the melted butter and stir.
  • Add the rum and stir.
  • The dough is ready and can be used right away 😋
