My homemade spaetzle

Ingredients

14.1 oz of flour

4 eggs

1.4 tbsp of water cold

1/2 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
In a mixing bowl or the bowl of your food processor, add the flour, eggs, water, and salt.
Whisk the mixture, or use a food processor, until it forms a ball of dough.
In the meantime, if you don’t have a spaetzle grater or a vegetable mill, roll out the dough on a cutting board and cut it into thin strips using a knife or a fluted pastry wheel. Then cut each strip into small pieces.
Drop the spaetzle into a pot of boiling water, and remove them with a slotted spoon when they float to the surface.
Optionally, you can then sauté the spaetzle in butter for a few minutes.
Serve the spaetzle piping hot!
