My Easy Blueberry Sauce

17.6 oz of blueberries

1.8 oz of brown sugar

1 lemon
Instructions
Wash the blueberries in a large bowl, then drain them in a colander.
Place the blueberries in a saucepan, then add the sugar and lemon juice.
Stir a few times with a spoon to mix in the sugar thoroughly.
Cook the blueberries uncovered over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Reduce the heat during cooking if necessary; the coulis should simmer gently.
Depending on your preference, pour it immediately into sterilized jars, or set it aside to cool and serve it with dessert.
