Lamb Chops with Garlic Cream Sauce

Instructions
Peel the garlic cloves. Rub the lamb chops with a clove cut in half, along with salt and pepper.
Set aside at room temperature.
Place the remaining garlic cloves in a saucepan with the milk and a cup of water.
Cook them over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Place the tender pods in the blender jar with the crème fraîche and blend thoroughly until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place the lamb chops in an ovenproof dish with the olive oil and 2 tbsp of water.
Bake the squares for 16 to 20 minutes, depending on how well done you want them, in an oven preheated to 220°C (338°F).
Remove them from the oven, cover the dish tightly with a sheet of parchment paper, and let them rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
Gently heat the garlic cream in a saucepan.
Serve the cutlets with garlic cream and small steamed potatoes.
