Japanese Miso and Lemon Vinaigrette

  • Mix the miso into the soy sauce and rice vinegar using a fork.
  • Add the lemon juice and water, and mix well.
  • Finally, add the oil and mix vigorously with a fork until the mixture is smooth.
  • Toast the sesame seeds for a few minutes over low heat until they start to smell fragrant.
    Don't let them brown or burn!
    Add the sesame seeds to the rest of the dressing, mix again, and enjoy!
