Ingredients

12.3 oz of flour wheat, spelt, buckwheat—depending on your preferences and dietary needs

7 ¾ oz of dark chocolate Good enough to eat. Editor’s note: Go for 100%!

1 tsp of baking powder

1 tsp of vanilla sugar

1 pinch of salt

8.8 oz of butter

8 tbsp of sweetened condensed milk or soy milk, spelt, oats + brown sugar, for a vegan recipe

2 eggs
Instructions
Cut the butter into a mixing bowl. Soften it with a wooden spoon.
Mix in the condensed milk. Beat the eggs. Pour them over the butter and mix well.
Add salt, sugar, and yeast. In another bowl, mix the flour and chocolate broken into small pieces.
Stir into the liquids until well blended.
Grease a baking sheet. Shape the cookies (make them thin and space them out, as they will spread!).
Bake at 220°C for 10 minutes.
You can also use raisins, hazelnuts, almonds, coconut, dried fruit, orange peel, mint, coffee, praline, and nougat.
