  • Cut the butter into a mixing bowl. Soften it with a wooden spoon.
  • Mix in the condensed milk. Beat the eggs. Pour them over the butter and mix well.
  • Add salt, sugar, and yeast. In another bowl, mix the flour and chocolate broken into small pieces.
  • Stir into the liquids until well blended.
  • Grease a baking sheet. Shape the cookies (make them thin and space them out, as they will spread!).
  • Bake at 220°C for 10 minutes.
  • You can also use raisins, hazelnuts, almonds, coconut, dried fruit, orange peel, mint, coffee, praline, and nougat.
