Jambon à l’échalote

Ingredients

12 slices of of cooked ham

4.4 oz of shallots

1 onion

6.8 fl oz of crème fraîche

5.1 fl oz of white wine

1 small box of of tomato paste (about 70 g)

1 net of oil

salt, pepper
Instructions
Finely chop (or blend) the shallots and onion.
Sauté them in a saucepan with a drizzle of oil.
Add the tomato puree, cream, and wine.
Season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
Roll up the slices of ham and arrange them in a baking dish.
Coat the ham with the sauce and bake for 10 minutes.
Notes
Serve with rice, generously topped with sauce.
This dish tastes even better when reheated.
