Green Sesame Sauce

  • Rinse the parsley and trim the ends of the stems.
    Peel and remove the germ from the garlic.
  • In the blender bowl, add the parsley, tahini, and garlic (which you’ll crush using a garlic press).
  • Blend until smooth. Add the lemon juice, fleur de sel, and water, then blend again.
  • The sauce should have the consistency of a relatively thin cream.
    Adjust the consistency to your liking by adding either tahini or a little water.
    Serve it in a pretty ramekin and enjoy!
