Gnocchi with sage butter
Serves : 2 people

Instructions
Rinse the sage leaves, then pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
Cut the butter into pieces and melt them in a Dutch oven or saucepan over very low heat.
Remove the stems from the sage leaves and chop them coarsely. Add the sage to the melted butter and stir with a spatula.
Cook the sage over very low heat for about 3 minutes .
Squeeze the lemon and add a tbsp of lemon juice to the sage butter. Let it cook for another 2 minutes.
Grate the zest of the half lemon into the casserole dish, then cover it.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, then add the gnocchi.
As soon as the first gnocchi float to the surface, turn off the heat and drain them. Serve immediately, drizzling the gnocchi with sage butter and grated Parmesan.
