Instructions
Rinse and trim the ends off the green beans, then blanch them in lightly salted boiling water for 3 minutes.
Drain thoroughly and let cool.
Make the batter: Add the flour, beer, olive oil, salt, and pepper to a mixing bowl and mix well.
Add the eggs one at a time, and beat the mixture until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
Heat the cooking oilin a pot or your deep fryer. Personally, I use a to check that the oil is at the right temperature (170°C). Dip the beans one by one into the batter, and fry them on both sides until the fritters are golden brown.
Remove the fritters from the pan and place them on paper towels. Serve immediately and enjoy while they're still hot!
