Instructions
Roll out the shortcrust pastry, then press it into the tartlet pans.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sugar, and flour, then add the orange and lemon zest, followed by the juice.
Fill your tartlets with this mixture and bake them for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C (gas mark 7).
Let it cool, then enjoy!
