3.3 lb of oranges preferably organic (the skin will soak in the liquid)

24.7 oz of lemons preferably organic

4 peaches or nectarines (optional, depending on the season)
Instructions
Sangria should be prepared at least the day before, or even better, three days in advance
It's best to peel half of the oranges and lemons, as the peel adds bitterness.
Then slice them and let them soak in the wine, to which you have added sugar, a strong spirit (of your choice), a split vanilla bean, and cinnamon.
Just before serving, add half a bottle of ice-cold lemonade.
