Sangria

  • Sangria should be prepared at least the day before, or even better, three days in advance
  • It's best to peel half of the oranges and lemons, as the peel adds bitterness.
  • Then slice them and let them soak in the wine, to which you have added sugar, a strong spirit (of your choice), a split vanilla bean, and cinnamon. 
  • Just before serving, add half a bottle of ice-cold lemonade.
