Detox Cucumber Water

    • Rinse the cucumber thoroughly and cut it lengthwise into 4 pieces.
    • Wash the lemon and cut it in half.
      Squeeze one half, and slice the other half into rounds.
    • Peel the ginger and slice it into thin strips.
      Rinse the mint sprig and trim off the root, if there is one. Do not remove the leaves.
    • Add the ginger slices to the bottle, then the mint sprig.
    • Next, place the lemon slices in the bottle and pour the lemon juice over them.
    • Next, add the cucumber slices without crushing the mint, and fill with water.
    • Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours… then enjoy!
  • Notes

    Feel free to top off the water regularly, while keeping the fruit and herbs in the pitcher. This cucumber water will keep for about 24 hours in the fridge.

    After that, the mint will start to turn black. Simply replace it with a fresh sprig and save the rest of the ingredients for another round 🥃.
