  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Grease a pie dish. Set aside
  • Melt the chocolate with the butter.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar vigorously until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Add the almond flour, followed by the melted chocolate and butter mixture. Stir to combine.
  • Add the alcohol. Stir again.
  • Pour the chocolate batter into the pan.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes, keeping a close eye on it.
