Gateau au chocolat et aux amandes

Ingredients

200 g of dark chocolate

200 g of butter

180 g of sugar

125 g of almond flour

4 eggs

1 tbsp of Amaretto
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Grease a pie dish. Set aside
Melt the chocolate with the butter.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar vigorously until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add the almond flour, followed by the melted chocolate and butter mixture. Stir to combine.
Add the alcohol. Stir again.
Pour the chocolate batter into the pan.
Bake for about 30 minutes, keeping a close eye on it.
