Instructions
Cut the tofu into cubes and place it in a bowl. Peel and mince the garlic, then add it to the bowl. Peel the ginger and slice it into thin strips, then add it to the bowl. Peel and finely dice the onion, then add it to the rest of the ingredients.
Mix everything together, then add the soy sauce, oil, and sesame seeds. If you have time, let it sit for an hour or two in the fridge so the tofu can absorb all the flavors.
Heat a small amount of oil in a wok, and when it’s hot, add the mixture. Cook over high heat for 4–5 minutes.
Stir frequently to prevent burning.
When the tofu is golden brown, remove it from the heat and serve.
