Crispy Satay Sauce

  • Peel and remove the germ from the garlic clove. Finely chop it.
  • Add all the ingredients (except the peanuts) to the bowl of a food processor, and blend until the mixture is well emulsified.
  • Coarsely crush the peanuts in a mortar.
  • Add the crushed peanuts to the rest of the mixture. Mix well and serve in ramekins or small glasses.
