Crispy Satay Sauce

Ingredients

1 pod of garlic

3.4 fl oz of coconut milk or coconut cream

1 tsp of yellow curry

1 tsp of sweet paprika

3 tsp of peanut butter or peanut butter

1 tbsp of lime juice

2 tsp of soy sauce

1,5 tbsp of tamarind sauce or sweet soy sauce

1 ¾ oz of peanuts
Instructions
Peel and remove the germ from the garlic clove. Finely chop it.
Add all the ingredients (except the peanuts) to the bowl of a food processor, and blend until the mixture is well emulsified.
Coarsely crush the peanuts in a mortar.
Add the crushed peanuts to the rest of the mixture. Mix well and serve in ramekins or small glasses.
