Panna Cotta Coco-Kaki

  • Panna cotta
    • Mix the agar-agar powder into a little cold cream.
    • Add the remaining cream, coconut milk, and sugar.
    • Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    • Add the shredded coconut.
    • Pour into small glasses and chill for a few hours.
  • Persimmon sauce
    • Scoop out the flesh of the persimmons with a spoon and blend it in a food processor.
    • Pour the persimmon coulis over the panna cotta.
