  • Pour the milk into a bowl and mix in the maple syrup.
  • Add the chia seeds and mix well.
  • Let it sit in the fridge for a few hours so the seeds can swell.
  • Just before serving, top with the chopped fruit.
  • If you're using passion fruit, cut them in half and scoop out the pulp from each half into the glass using a small spoon.
