Lait de coco aux graines de chia

Ingredients

1.7 cup of coconut milk (or a mixture of coconut milk and cow's milk or another plant-based milk)

4 tbsp of chia seeds

2 tbsp of maple syrup (or sugar, honey, …)

1 mango (or 2 passion fruits per person, a banana, fruit sauce, etc.)
Instructions
Pour the milk into a bowl and mix in the maple syrup.
Add the chia seeds and mix well.
Let it sit in the fridge for a few hours so the seeds can swell.
Just before serving, top with the chopped fruit.
If you're using passion fruit, cut them in half and scoop out the pulp from each half into the glass using a small spoon.
