Instructions
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Peel the zucchini and grate it.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar.
Add the grated zucchini and the melted chocolate.
Add the flour and baking powder.
Bake in the oven 20–25 minutes at 180°C.
