  • Finely chop the garlic, parsley, and green chili pepper.
  • In a bowl, combine the garlic, parsley, green chili, and ground red chili.
  • Add one tsp of chili powder, half a tsp of oregano, half a tsp of thyme, two tsp of salt, and a pinch of pepper.
  • Fill the cup three-quarters full with water, stir, and refrigerate for a few hours to allow the ingredients time to release their flavors.
  • Then add the remaining quarter cup of vinegar and a tsp of olive oil.
  • Let it chill overnight, and the next day… cook up a delicious "asado"!
