Poulet au curry

  • Brown the chicken pieces until they are nicely golden, then add the sliced onions and cook until they are translucent.
  • Meanwhile, dissolve the bouillon cube in a bowl of boiling water.
  • Over medium heat, sprinkle the chicken generously with curry powder and stir. Add the grated apple and stir well. Do the same with the yogurt.
  • Add the ingredients to the broth, season with salt and pepper, and simmer gently, covered, for about 20 minutes.
  • Serve with fragrant rice (colored with curry or paprika), using a Savarin mold.
