1 chicken broth

1 plain yogurt 2 if the chicken is large

1 onion

1 Apple grated

1-2 curry in powder form

Instructions
Brown the chicken pieces until they are nicely golden, then add the sliced onions and cook until they are translucent.
Meanwhile, dissolve the bouillon cube in a bowl of boiling water.
Over medium heat, sprinkle the chicken generously with curry powder and stir. Add the grated apple and stir well. Do the same with the yogurt.
Add the ingredients to the broth, season with salt and pepper, and simmer gently, covered, for about 20 minutes.
Serve with fragrant rice (colored with curry or paprika), using a Savarin mold.
