Brussels sprouts with soy sauce and sesame

  • Wash the Brussels sprouts in a bowl.
  • Cut off the yellowed ends of the stalks, cut the cabbages in half, and place them in a salad bowl.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
    Add the oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and herbs to the mixing bowl. Mix well.
  • Place the seasoned cabbage on a nonstick baking sheet, or, if you don’t have one, on the oven rack lined with parchment paper.
  • Place them on the second rack of the oven and roast the choux pastries for 20 minutes, keeping a close eye on them: they mustn't burn!
  • Serve them piping hot as a side dish with grilled meat or steamed fish, for example!
