Gratin de courgettes

  • Cut the zucchini into wedges (slice them into rounds, then cut each round into 4 pieces).
  • Sauté them in a pan with olive oil until they become translucent.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Add the flour and cook, stirring occasionally.
  • When the mixture starts to thicken, add the milk and let it thicken a little more, stirring constantly.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with grated cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 200°C.
