Gratin de courgettes

Instructions
Cut the zucchini into wedges (slice them into rounds, then cut each round into 4 pieces).
Sauté them in a pan with olive oil until they become translucent.
Add salt and pepper.
Add the flour and cook, stirring occasionally.
When the mixture starts to thicken, add the milk and let it thicken a little more, stirring constantly.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with grated cheese.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 200°C.
